Mike Pence Celebrates Supreme Court Overturning Roe: It Was “Sent to the Ash Heap of History”

For decades, former Vice President Mike Pence has been working to send Roe v. Wade “to the ash heap of history” so that unborn babies may be protected from abortion again.

On June 24, the pro-life political leader’s hopes and prayers came true when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe in the historic ruling Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health and began allowing states to ban abortions again.

Pence celebrated the victory for life Tuesday in a speech to the Young America Foundation, while acknowledging the devastation that Roe wreaked on America’s children for five decades, according to Raw Story.

“I stand before you today with a grateful heart that after nearly 50 years of lives of incalculable value lost to our nation, 50 years of heartbreak, 50 years of praying and fasting and working and volunteering and caring,” Pence said.

Historian and author, Kevin Yuill, wrote another great article that was published by Spiked on July 25 titled: There is nothing civilized about assisted dying.

Not Dead Yet UK comment: The Mansfield case should never be a reason for changing the law on assisted suicide (Link).

Yuill is responding to the Mansfield case (UK) which concerns Graham Mansfield who killed his wife Dyanne in a suicide pact, but failed to kill himself. The UK assisted suicide lobby claim that this is a good case for legalizing assisted suicide.

Yuill writes:

In March 2021, Graham Mansfield, a retired baggage handler, had agreed a mutual suicide pact with his 71-year-old wife, Dyanne, who had terminal cancer.

Professor Confirms Nations Than Ban or Limit Abortions Have Lower Maternal Mortality Rates Than America

In a widely-cited study, researchers at the University of Colorado Boulder found that a complete ban on all abortions in the United States will increase the maternal death rate by 24%. For African-American women, their forecast is even more dire: an increase of 39%.

However, in a New York Times op-ed, a British scholar says that European data suggests that this may not be true. Many countries restrict abortion, and a handful even ban it outright, but their maternal death rates are much lower than in the US. As the Colorado scholars also noted, the US has “astronomically high levels of maternal mortality”.

Fact-Checkers Lie for the Abortion Industry so They Can Sell More Abortions. Here’s How

How do you make fake news even faker? You claim that you’re a journalistic entity that is fighting “disinformation,” of course.  You call yourself a “fact-checker.” You throw in some words like “accountability” and “data-driven” and then proceed to hide the facts and drive your own political narrative, leaving truth in the dust.

The Markup is a recent entry into the crowded field of leftists who want to control what we see, hear and read. Its major funding comes from the founder of Craig’s List, Craig Newmark. The billionaire (worth $1.3 billion according to Forbes) is just one of many extremely wealthy so-called philanthropists who fund disinformation cloaked in righteous “fact-checking”.

South Carolina Judge Denies Request to Block Heartbeat Law, It Will Keep Saving Babies From Abortions

South Carolina Judge Denies Request to Block Heartbeat Law, It Will Keep Saving Babies From Abortions

A South Carolina judge has denied a request from the Planned Parenthood abortion business to block the state’s heartbeat law, making it so the pro-life law will continue protecting babies from abortions.

Circuit Judge Casey Manning declined Planned Parenthood’s request today to block the Fetal Heartbeat and Protection from Abortion Act and instead sent the issue directly to the South Carolina Supreme Court to decide.

Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, the Greenville Women’s Clinic abortion business, and two abortionists sued the state to overturn the Fetal Heartbeat Act after the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals lifted the federal injunction against it following the Supreme Court’s monumental decision to overturn Roe v.

Two Tennessee Abortion Businesses Have Already Closed, The Rest Will Close Soon

Two Tennessee Abortion Businesses Have Already Closed, The Rest Will Close Soon

Unborn babies’ lives are being saved all across Tennessee as the abortion industry goes out of business.

One abortion facility in Bristol already closed and a second in Knoxville will shut down at the end of this week, according to Tennessee Lookout.

Their life-destroying businesses cannot function any longer with the heartbeat law in place and a total abortion ban expected to go into effect soon.

Tennessee quickly began protecting unborn babies from abortions once their heartbeats are detectable after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in late June. The state also has a trigger law that bans all abortions, except when the mother’s life is at risk, that is slated to take effect 30 days after the Supreme Court formally enters its ruling in Dobbs v.

An article by Kuoru Udo published by Swissinfo.ch on July 26 explains that Switzerland’s new assisted suicide guidelines may lead to fewer suicide tourists.

Udo introduces the issue with the story of Alex Pandolfo who lives in the UK with early onset dementia.

Sixty-eight-year-old Pandolfo lives in the UK. When he was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer disease in 2015, Lifecircle, an assisted suicide organisation in Basel, gave him the green light and accepted his request for assisted suicide. He plans to go to Switzerland when “the time has come”.

Under the old rules, he would have had to stay in Basel for just a few days to complete his plan, but the new ‘two-week-rule’ makes it a lot more expensive.

Abortion on minors should require parental consent, new poll shows

Abortion on minors should require parental consent, new poll shows

Despite a push by pro-abortion advocates to completely abolish any requirements surrounding abortion, voters overwhelmingly support parental involvement in abortions involving underage girls, according to a new Rasmussen Reports and Real Impact survey.

The survey of 1,000 U.S. likely voters was conducted on July 10-11, 2022, and found that 64% of voters believe that abortionists should be required to notify parents before committing abortions on girls under age 18, and 60% believe parental permission should be required.

On the issue of law enforcement notification when pregnant minors under the age of consent undergo abortions, voters are divided. Forty-three percent favor notifying law enforcement while 40% oppose it, and 17% are not sure.

Texas Abortion Ban Protecting All Babies From Abortions Will Go Into Effect August 25th

Texas Abortion Ban Protecting All Babies From Abortions Will Go Into Effect August 25th

For 328 days, Texas has protected babies with beating hearts from abortions. As the first state in the nation to successfully ban abortions thanks to its private right of action law, Texas has seen its aboritons drop over 50% as a result.

Now, thanks to the Supreme Court making its Dobbs decision official today, a Texas trigger law that bans abortions when Roe v. Wade is overturned will go into effect August 25th. That will protect all babies from abortions and only allow abortions in very limited instances.

There is a third abortion ban in Texas — the pre-Roe abortion law that banned abortions.

A premature baby born at 24 weeks and weighing just one pound is going home, after spending 160 days in the NICU.

Heather Yarborough was put on bed rest at 16 weeks pregnant, but according to the family’s GoFundMe page, had to be admitted into the hospital at 22 weeks after discovering that their daughter, Kinsley, was not growing properly. At 24 weeks, little Kinsley was born.

The journey for the Yarborough family wasn’t always an easy one. According to the Daily Mail, Kinsley was a twin, and her sibling passed away in the womb. Yarborough also suffered several miscarriages before Kinsley was born prematurely.

Abortionist Loses His Medical License After Almost Killing Three Women in Botched Abortions

Abortionist Loses His Medical License After Almost Killing Three Women in Botched Abortions

They say aboritons should be safe and legal but the truth is legal abortions are anything but safe. In Florida, the state health department has suspended the medical license of an abortionist who almost killed three women in botched abortions.

Christopher Saputa, a Tarpon Springs-based abortionist, ends the lives of unborn babies at the American Family Planning clinic in Pensacola. And he almost ended the lives of three women when he failed to provide proper post-abortion medical care when their botched abortions caused medical emergencies.

Saputa is so incompetent that the health department suspended his license and called him a “great public danger” when he left three women to die after their abortions.

Google warned not to censor pro-life pregnancy centers

Google warned not to censor pro-life pregnancy centers

A group of pro-life state attorneys general announced that will take action against Google if the company censors search results to exclude pro-life pregnancy centers as pro-abortion House members have demanded, according to the Christian Post.

Pro-abortion legislators want to “limit the appearance of anti-abortion fake clinics” in Google Ads and on Google Maps. They consider these pro-life centers “dangerous” to women because they don’t offer or refer for abortion, even though they do provide women with free services, free baby gear, and free baby clothing. Some are able to provide housing as well. Virginia’s Attorney General Jason Miyares and Kentucky’s Attorney General Daniel Cameron joined 15 other state attorneys general in telling Google CEO Sundar Pichai that if the company caves to the pro-abortion legislators, it will face an investigation.

HHS proposes health care rule on abortion, transgender services

HHS proposes health care rule on abortion, transgender services

In early April, the leadership at the Catholic Benefits Association anticipated the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services would soon announce proposed regulations that could pose an existential threat to religious-based employers, including Catholic hospitals.

On July 25, HHS finally released this proposal in a 308-page document.

Last year, the discovery of a 74-page legal memorandum attached to a court filing from a consortium of 30 sexual rights groups revealed that HHS had promised to revise its mandates on health plan coverage and performance to include surgical abortion, cross-sex hormones, gender-transition surgeries, gender-affirming cosmetic surgeries and voice modification — along with a host of expanded services dealing with fertility treatments, contraception, abortifacients and sterilizations.

High School Drops Plan to Open Planned Parenthood Center After Concerned Parents Speak Out

High School Drops Plan to Open Planned Parenthood Center After Concerned Parents Speak Out

A California school district dropped plans last week to allow Planned Parenthood to open a facility inside a Los Angeles-area high school in response to parents’ outrage.

Ryan Heath, an attorney with The Gavel Project, told Fox News that hundreds of parents showed up to protest July 18 at the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District after they learned about the proposed partnership with the abortion chain.

“These parents were up in arms because there was a proposal to put one of these facilities at John Glenn High School,” Heath said.

The contract proposal states that Planned Parenthood would run a facility inside the high school to provide physical examinations, contraception, STD testing and treatment and “referrals for additional medical or other health care services,” likely including abortions and transgender hormones.

Wyoming Judge Blocks Abortion Ban Just Before It’s Scheduled to Go Into Effect

Wyoming Judge Blocks Abortion Ban Just Before It’s Scheduled to Go Into Effect

Today, Wyoming was supposed to become the next state to protect babies from abortions. But a state judge blocked the pro-life law from taking effect.

Gov. Mark Gordon has taken necessary action to activate the state’s trigger law, enacted prior to the Supreme Court overturning Roe that would go into effect 30 days after any decision to overturn the infamous pro-abortion case. The new Wyoming abortion ban bans abortions except in cases of rape or incest or to protect the mother’s life.

Gordon signed the bill into law in March anticipating Roe would be reversed. After the June 24th decision, Attorney General Bridget Hill reviewed the law to ensure it conforms with the high court’s ruling and Hill completed her review at the end of last week.

(Pregnancy Help NewsUPDATE: As of the evening of July 21, 2022, the Abortion Pill Reversal page was restored on Facebook.

Women seeking assistance after changing their mind about chemical abortion have had one avenue to find help blocked by Facebook as the platform removed the Abortion Pill Reversal page this week.

Citing violation of community standards, Facebook unpublished the Abortion Pill Reversal (APR) page late in the business day Tuesday, July 19, without warning.

It is not clear how the APR Facebook page would be in violation of the community standards, but the Facebook message to Heartbeat International, which manages the APR Facebook page and the Abortion Pill Rescue® Network (APRN), stated, “This is because Abortion Pill Reversal goes against our Community Standards on guns, animals, and other regulated goods.”

West Virginia House Passes Abortion Ban Protecting Lives of Unborn Babies

West Virginia House Passes Abortion Ban Protecting Lives of Unborn Babies

The West Virginia House of Representatives has passed the state’s abortion ban to protect the lives of unborn babies. Now the state Senate is next.

The state legislature is holding a special session on a few political issues, including abortion. Knowing that the state’s old abortion ban is tied up in courts, supposedly for lack of clarity, Governor Jim Justice called on the legislature to pass a new abortion ban that would stand up in court following the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade.

“From the moment the Supreme Court announced their decision in Dobbs, I said that I would not hesitate to call a Special Session once I heard from our Legislative leaders that they had done their due diligence and were ready to act,” Justice said in a statement.

Democrat Congressman Claims Pro-Life Americans are a “Threat in This Country”

Pro-life advocates have been targets of a wave of violence over the past few months for their work saving unborn babies from abortion.

But this week, New York Congressman Hakeem Jeffries described pro-life Republicans as the real “threat in this country.”

Jeffries, the U.S. House Democrat Caucus Chair, blasted pro-lifers during a news conference, calling them “extreme on reproductive freedom.”

“The threat right now in this country to the American people are extreme MAGA Republicans,” the Democrat leader said. “That’s the threat. That’s the problem. That’s the crisis that we confront, extreme MAGA Republicans. Why? The are extreme on reproductive freedom.”

Kamala Harris Called Abortionist to Thank Her for Killing Babies

Kamala Harris called an Indiana abortionist who may have violated patient privacy law this month to thank her for aborting unborn babies.

CBS News reported about the call between Harris and Caitlin Bernard, an abortionist who has received national attention after she reportedly aborted the baby of a 10-year-old rape victim from Ohio after its heartbeat law went into effect.

Bernard told CBS News that she received the call from the vice president while she was at work on July 19, and Harris thanked her for her abortion work.

“She really just thanked me. She thanked me for speaking out, for bringing this issue up,” she said Tuesday.

Unborn Babies are Human Beings, And It’s Wrong to Kill Them

Unborn Babies are Human Beings, And It’s Wrong to Kill Them

The pro-life position isn’t just how we feel. It’s not merely a belief that we hold. It is supported by very good reasons. It is based on a fact of science and a principle of justice.

A fact of science

First, the unborn (the human embryo or fetus) is a human being—a living human organism at the earliest developmental stages. This.

The empirical evidence of embryology shows that human embryos and fetuses are living (they grow, metabolize food into energy, and react to stimuli), human (they have human DNA and human parents), and whole organisms developing themselves through the different stages of life as members of our species.
