For decades, former Vice President Mike Pence has been working to send Roe v. Wade “to the ash heap of history” so that unborn babies may be protected from abortion again.

On June 24, the pro-life political leader’s hopes and prayers came true when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe in the historic ruling Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health and began allowing states to ban abortions again.

Pence celebrated the victory for life Tuesday in a speech to the Young America Foundation, while acknowledging the devastation that Roe wreaked on America’s children for five decades, according to Raw Story.

“I stand before you today with a grateful heart that after nearly 50 years of lives of incalculable value lost to our nation, 50 years of heartbreak, 50 years of praying and fasting and working and volunteering and caring,” Pence said.

In a widely-cited study, researchers at the University of Colorado Boulder found that a complete ban on all abortions in the United States will increase the maternal death rate by 24%. For African-American women, their forecast is even more dire: an increase of 39%.

However, in a New York Times op-ed, a British scholar says that European data suggests that this may not be true. Many countries restrict abortion, and a handful even ban it outright, but their maternal death rates are much lower than in the US. As the Colorado scholars also noted, the US has “astronomically high levels of maternal mortality”.

A South Carolina judge has denied a request from the Planned Parenthood abortion business to block the state’s heartbeat law, making it so the pro-life law will continue protecting babies from abortions.

Circuit Judge Casey Manning declined Planned Parenthood’s request today to block the Fetal Heartbeat and Protection from Abortion Act and instead sent the issue directly to the South Carolina Supreme Court to decide.

Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, the Greenville Women’s Clinic abortion business, and two abortionists sued the state to overturn the Fetal Heartbeat Act after the U.S. 4^th Circuit Court of Appeals lifted the federal injunction against it following the Supreme Court’s monumental decision to overturn Roe v.

Unborn babies’ lives are being saved all across Tennessee as the abortion industry goes out of business.

One abortion facility in Bristol already closed and a second in Knoxville will shut down at the end of this week, according to Tennessee Lookout.

Their life-destroying businesses cannot function any longer with the heartbeat law in place and a total abortion ban expected to go into effect soon.

Tennessee quickly began protecting unborn babies from abortions once their heartbeats are detectable after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in late June. The state also has a trigger law that bans all abortions, except when the mother’s life is at risk, that is slated to take effect 30 days after the Supreme Court formally enters its ruling in Dobbs v.

For 328 days, Texas has protected babies with beating hearts from abortions. As the first state in the nation to successfully ban abortions thanks to its private right of action law, Texas has seen its aboritons drop over 50% as a result.

Now, thanks to the Supreme Court making its Dobbs decision official today, a Texas trigger law that bans abortions when Roe v. Wade is overturned will go into effect August 25th. That will protect all babies from abortions and only allow abortions in very limited instances.

There is a third abortion ban in Texas — the pre-Roe abortion law that banned abortions.

They say aboritons should be safe and legal but the truth is legal abortions are anything but safe. In Florida, the state health department has suspended the medical license of an abortionist who almost killed three women in botched abortions.

Christopher Saputa, a Tarpon Springs-based abortionist, ends the lives of unborn babies at the American Family Planning clinic in Pensacola. And he almost ended the lives of three women when he failed to provide proper post-abortion medical care when their botched abortions caused medical emergencies.

Saputa is so incompetent that the health department suspended his license and called him a “great public danger” when he left three women to die after their abortions.

A California school district dropped plans last week to allow Planned Parenthood to open a facility inside a Los Angeles-area high school in response to parents’ outrage.

Ryan Heath, an attorney with The Gavel Project, told Fox News that hundreds of parents showed up to protest July 18 at the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District after they learned about the proposed partnership with the abortion chain.

“These parents were up in arms because there was a proposal to put one of these facilities at John Glenn High School,” Heath said.

The contract proposal states that Planned Parenthood would run a facility inside the high school to provide physical examinations, contraception, STD testing and treatment and “referrals for additional medical or other health care services,” likely including abortions and transgender hormones.

Today, Wyoming was supposed to become the next state to protect babies from abortions. But a state judge blocked the pro-life law from taking effect.

Gov. Mark Gordon has taken necessary action to activate the state’s trigger law, enacted prior to the Supreme Court overturning Roe that would go into effect 30 days after any decision to overturn the infamous pro-abortion case. The new Wyoming abortion ban bans abortions except in cases of rape or incest or to protect the mother’s life.

Gordon signed the bill into law in March anticipating Roe would be reversed. After the June 24th decision, Attorney General Bridget Hill reviewed the law to ensure it conforms with the high court’s ruling and Hill completed her review at the end of last week.

The West Virginia House of Representatives has passed the state’s abortion ban to protect the lives of unborn babies. Now the state Senate is next.

The state legislature is holding a special session on a few political issues, including abortion. Knowing that the state’s old abortion ban is tied up in courts, supposedly for lack of clarity, Governor Jim Justice called on the legislature to pass a new abortion ban that would stand up in court following the Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v. Wade.

“From the moment the Supreme Court announced their decision in Dobbs, I said that I would not hesitate to call a Special Session once I heard from our Legislative leaders that they had done their due diligence and were ready to act,” Justice said in a statement.

Pro-life advocates have been targets of a wave of violence over the past few months for their work saving unborn babies from abortion.

But this week, New York Congressman Hakeem Jeffries described pro-life Republicans as the real “threat in this country.”

Jeffries, the U.S. House Democrat Caucus Chair, blasted pro-lifers during a news conference, calling them “extreme on reproductive freedom.”

“The threat right now in this country to the American people are extreme MAGA Republicans,” the Democrat leader said. “That’s the threat. That’s the problem. That’s the crisis that we confront, extreme MAGA Republicans. Why? The are extreme on reproductive freedom.”

Kamala Harris called an Indiana abortionist who may have violated patient privacy law this month to thank her for aborting unborn babies.

CBS News reported about the call between Harris and Caitlin Bernard, an abortionist who has received national attention after she reportedly aborted the baby of a 10-year-old rape victim from Ohio after its heartbeat law went into effect.

Bernard told CBS News that she received the call from the vice president while she was at work on July 19, and Harris thanked her for her abortion work.

“She really just thanked me. She thanked me for speaking out, for bringing this issue up,” she said Tuesday.
