The bodies of preborn babies have been harvested for vaccine development and testing for decades dating back as far as the 1960s. There are multiple aborted fetal cell lines currently in use, and each one can be traced back to a preborn baby.

MRC-5 is derived from the lungs of a 14-week normal male fetus. MRC-5 stands for “Medical Research Council,” a UK research center funded by British taxpayers, according to LifeIssues.net. The cell line was developed by J.P. Jacobs in September 1966 after an abortion was committed on a physically healthy 27-year-old woman for “psychiatric reasons.”

In the Journal of Biological Standardization, Jacobs wrote, “The cells were derived from the lungs of a 14-week-old normal male foetus at our laboratories in 1966.

For years, Planned Parenthood has claimed that abortion accounts for “only 3% (or 4%)“of its services, despite multiple instances of debunking. Those who support abortion but only as a “necessary evil” can get a bit squeamish to hear the truth, and the “3%” claim has been an effective marketing tactic, helping to garner support for Planned Parenthood, even from Americans who consider themselves ‘personally pro-life’. But in a recent interview with The Washington Post, Planned Parenthood president Alexis McGill Johnson pivoted away from the idea of diminishing her corporation’s involvement with abortion and continued to disseminate lies about abortion and pro-lifers.

It’s a puzzling contradiction that we’ve seen many times during the COVID-19 pandemic: government and thought leaders support restrictive measures under the guise of “saving lives” while allowing abortion facilities to remain open, even as lifesaving surgeries were halted for months at hospitals across the country.

Microsoft founder Bill Gates is one of those thought leaders. The Gates Foundation has granted $1.75 billion to fight the COVID-19 pandemic and recently advocated for continuing the lockdown on bars and restaurants. “Bars and restaurants—in most of the country—will be closed as we go into this wave, and I think, sadly, that’s appropriate,” Gates told CNN’s State of the Union.

A king who feared losing his power, Herod had already killed anyone he saw as a threat, including three of his own sons. When he learned about the Christ Child, he set a plan in motion to ensure Jesus didn’t live to take his throne, either. When the Magi, having been warned in a dream not to tell Herod where Jesus was, failed to return to Herod as he had instructed them to, Herod had every little boy age two and under in Bethlehem killed.

(Washington, D.C. — C-Fam) Pro-abortion leaders are calling on the incoming Biden administration to push for ratification of the UN’s treaty on women’s rights. They admit the hard-law treaty requires abortion-rights and charge the U.S. with being a “bad actor” on human rights. Additionally, they say the U.S. requires oversight from international organizations to do better.

Last week, leaders of the Global Justice Center, Ipas, and CHANGE held an event discussing feminist priorities on “sexual and reproductive health and rights” for the Biden administration.  Abortion was the predominant topic of discussion, and participants called for the removal of pro-life laws and policies, including the Helms Amendment and the Mexico City Policy.

Abortion reports from just five states reveal that over 100 babies were born alive following abortion attempts in recent years. Since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion throughout the US, stories about the so-called “dreaded complication” — a term abortionists have used to describe babies surviving abortions — have surfaced.

Though many abortion advocates have denied that infants survive abortion, reporting agencies have already disclosed information proving that it still occurs, and just this month, Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) introduced legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives aimed at protecting abortion survivors by ensuring they receive care after birth instead of medical neglect.

The Massachusetts House and Senate have voted to override Governor Charlie Baker’s veto of legislation to expand access to abortion and codify abortion into state law.

On Monday, the House voted 107-46 to override the governor’s Christmas Eve veto, according to WBUR, just clearing the two-thirds majority required to do so. As expected, the Senate followed on Tuesday, voting 32-8 to override, according to MassLive. In an email, the Catholic Action League called the pro-abortion vote “a moral tragedy, which will likely result in even more pre-born children being cruelly killed under the color of law, and which is compounded by the reality that a clear majority of baptized Catholics in the House voted to license this grave evil.”

Many parents are forced to suffer through negative diagnosis experiences after learning one of their children has Down syndrome. For moms who receive a prenatal diagnosis, it’s even worse, as they often are pressured into abortion. It can be hard to say the right thing in the moment, but one mother has a question for her doctor: why?

In an essay for “The Mighty,” A.D. Smith shared her diagnosis story, and the question she wants her doctor to answer. Like other parents before her, Smith said her doctor shared the news in a cruel and callous fashion.

“When my husband and I met with our high risk specialist, he came in with a spiral notebook, never even introducing himself, immediately sat down, said ‘the results show 99% that it has Down syndrome’ and started writing out in Roman numerals all of the things he predicted would be wrong with our baby,” she wrote.

On December 18th, Susan B. Anthony List’s research arm, the Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI), released its latest report in an ongoing research project concerning abortion coverage and taxpayer funding of abortion in Obamacare health insurance exchange plans for 2021. The report was released by CLI in conjunction with the Family Research Council and the Heritage Foundation. According to CLI, ObamacareAbortion.com was launched to expose which plans include abortion coverage, after the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) revealed in 2014 that 1,036 taxpayer-funded Obamacare health exchange insurance plans covered elective abortion. CLI, together with its partners, has released a new report for each plan year since.
